Baltimore Police patrolling in the 400 block of West Pratt Street on November 8, 2023, at about 9:43 a.m. heard what they believed was gunfire. A canvas of the area turned up a female suffering from a graze wound. The 41-year-old victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Investigators say that the victim and a 40-year-old female got into a road rage dispute near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr Blvd at West Mulberry Street. The dispute ended in the 100 block of South Eutaw Street after the suspect shot the victim.
Detectives later arrested and charged Neisha Jackson with attempted first- and second-degree assault and murder.
