The Baltimore Police Department is investigating after finding a shooting victim in the 500 block of North Luzerne Street. Around 6:43 p.m. on February 13, 2024, BPD officers responded to the aforementioned location to investigate a reported shooting. At the scene, officers found a 39-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound to his upper right leg.

The victim was taken to the hospital where he is listed in stable condition. A crime scene was located in the 2500 block of Jefferson Street. Southeast District Shooting detectives responded to assume control of the investigation. No additional details are available at this time.
