The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a double shooting that occurred on Friday night. According to a BPD media release, North District officers responded to the 500 block of 29th Street for a report shooting investigation around 8:25 p.m. on February 23, 2024. At the scene, officers found a 24-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. BPD says that a 23-year-old male victim walked into an area hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to the body a short time later. The second victim is also listed in critical condition. No other details are available at this time.
