The Baltimore Police Department has announced the arrest of three suspects accused of being involved in the shooting of a 46-year-old woman. The woman was shot in the 800 block of North Eutaw Street on October 19, 2023. On December 27, 2023, Eastern District officers apprehended 32-year-old Brian Strawder who was allegedly involved in the shooting.

Strawder was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility and charged with 1st-degree attempted murder and other charges. Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force members arrested 21-year-old Katiera Womack and 32-year-old Phillip McCoy on December 28, 2023.

Detectives say they believe Womack and McCoy were involved in the shooting. They were transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility and charged with 1st-degree attempted murder and other charges.
