Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect who broke into an unoccupied residence and stole a dog. Around 5:50 p.m. on December 18, 2023, a suspect broke a window and entered a dwelling in the Unit block of Galveston Place Southwest.

The suspect took property and the dog before fleeing the scene. The dog who is named Tyson is described as a 2-year-old male French Bulldog. He is brindle gray and also answers to the name Cheese.
