The Allentown Police Department held a press conference earlier today to announce charges against an individual in connection to a double homicide investigation. Gabriel Cartagena is charged with two counts each of Criminal Homicide, Attempted Homicide, and Aggravated Assault.

He is also charged with one count each of Burglary and Person Not to Possess, Use, Manufacture, Control or Sell Firearms, and Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License.
