Tonight, the Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit responded to West Deer to assist a vehicle collision investigation. ACPD reports that County 911 was notified of a crash in which a vehicle struck a dirt bike in the 1800 block of Saxonburg Boulevard around 8:31 p.m.
At the scene, first responders found an adult male in critical condition. The victim was airlifted to an area hospital. ACPD says the preliminary information indicates that the dirt bike and vehicle were traveling south when the collision occurred.
