The Albany Police Department is searching for a man accused of kidnapping a victim at gunpoint. APD reports that it is asking for the public’s help in locating Quincy Stephens who is wanted for kidnapping.

APD alleges that Stephens and other individuals kidnapped a victim at gunpoint and forced him away from the 300 block of Grant Place. Then, the victim was allegedly beaten and his things were taken from him.

APD claims Stephens was upset because his girlfriend no longer wanted to be with him and thought the victim was there to see her. Anyone with information is asked to call APD at 229-302-0793.
