Seneca County, Ohio – The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 46-year-old William R. Stevens for Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

According to SCSO, the department received a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a juvenile at the residence at 15960 Water Street in Flat Rock on February 3, 2025.

SCSO and other agencies carried out multiple search warrants to retrieve evidence. SCSO says a search warrant and arrest warrant were obtained for the owner of the Flat Rock residence.

Authorities say several electronic devices were seized. Stevens was booked into the Seneca County Jail.
