On November 9, 2023, a Clermont County Grand Jury indicted 41-year-old Jason Voss, of Batavia Township, on 15 counts of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor and 1 count of Weapons Under Disability. In July 2023, the Sheriff’s Office received a Cyber Tip generated by Internet Crimes Against Children and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children related to an address in the 3000 block of Meadow Green Ct. where child porn was allegedly uploaded.

On November 3, 2023, the Sheriff’s Investigative Unit carried out a search warrant as the residence and identified Voss as the sole responsible party for the items collected, according to a press release from the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office. Detective seized various electronics that were reportedly used to upload and view the material. The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office says a subsequent search of the electronics revealed large quantities of uploaded videos and images “depicting prepubescent and pubescent children engaged in various lewd acts.”

Several firearms were also recovered from the residence as belonging to Voss. The firearms were stored as evidence due to a previous felony conviction for burglary in Kentucky in 2014. After serving the search warrant, detectives took Voss into custody without incident. Voss will be arraigned in front of Judge Brock at the Clermont County Common Pleas Court on November 13, 2023 at 10 AM.
