The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting on Wednesday evening. SCSO reports that its deputies responded to a report of a male subject with a gunshot wound at High Noon Guns at 4583 Bee Ridge Road around 3:38 p.m. on Wednesday.

The victim was transported to Sarasota Memorial Hospital for treatment. The victim has not been identified and the victim’s condition is not known. SCSO confirms the investigation is ongoing.
