The Coffeyville Police Department has arrested a suspect in connection to a homicide investigation. CPD reports that 41-year-old Ryan J. McCullough of Neodesha, Kansas was taken into custody and booked on a charge of Murder in the 2nd Degree.

On May 5, 2024, it is alleged that McCullough was involved in an altercation with 63-year-old David L. Wintjen. The victim passed away a few days after the incident. Following an investigation by the Coffeyville Police Department, a warrant was issued for McCullough’s arrest.
