Two have been charged in connection to the fatal shooting of 27-year-old Terell Blanks in Clairton, Pennsylvania. The Allegheny County Police Department reports that County 911 was informed of a shooting in the 900 block of Madison Avenue around 10:12 p.m. on July 12.

At the scene, first responders found an adult male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, 27-year-old Terell Banks, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Clairton Police Department requested assistance from ACPD’s Homicide Unit.

ACPD says it was determined that 27-year-old Thomas Walker V was responsible for the shooting. 25-year-old Ciara Clifton was allegedly involved in the homicide as well. Walker is charged with Criminal Homicide, Criminal Conspiracy, and Carrying a Firearm Without a License.

Clifton is facing one count of Criminal Conspiracy. Both were taken into custody on July 25, 2024.
