Two men are deadly following a double shooting in Portland, Oregon. The Portland Police Bureau reports that the shooting happened near the Broughton Beach area off Northeast Marine Drive.

Around 7:50 p.m. on July 13, 2024, North Precinct officers and Focused Intervention Team officers responded to a report of gunshots heard at the M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp.

At the scene, officers found two men deceased. The suspect or suspects had fled the scene prior. Detectives believe witnesses may have information about the shooting.
