Update – JSO confirms they have been located.

Original – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing 3-year-old child on Saturday. JSO reports that officers were informed that Noah G. Hayes was reported missing by relatives on June 30, 2024.

The three-year-old was last seen in the company of 31-year-old Jasmine Shannelle Graham. Graham may be driving a 2020 white Kia Spectrum with Florida license plate “05D WTI”. JSO says the vehicle has a white sticker in the lower right corner of the rear window.

Attempts to locate Hayes and Graham have been unsuccessful at this time. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of either Noah or Jasmine is asked to call JSO at 904-630-0500 or 911.
