The Tacoma Police Department has arrested a suspect in connection to a homicide that occurred on June 18, 2024. TPD says officers responded to a report of possible gunshots in the 3200 block of East F Street around 11:30 p.m. on June 18.

At the scene, TPD officers found an unresponsive adult male. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. Detectives and Crime Scene Technicians responded to the scene to investigate.

On June 25, 2024, TPD arrested a 19-year-old male who is charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the 1st Degree. No other details are available at this time.
