A person was stabbed in DC on Tuesday. Now, the Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a suspect. MPD reports that it is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who stabbed someone in Northeast.

MPD says the suspect approached the victim in the 800 block of H Street Northeast around 1:15 p.m. on June 25, 2024. The suspect allegedly produced a knife and stabbed the victim. Then, the suspect fled the scene.

MPD has released pictures of the suspect from a surveillance camera. Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call MPD at 202-727-9099.
