A suspect has been arrested in connection to a robbery in DC. The Metropolitan Police Department reports that an arrest has been made in relation to a robbery that occurred in Northeast.

On June 24, 2024, the suspect allegedly approached the victim near the intersection of 7th Street and H Street NE. The suspect is accused of assaulting the victim and taking their money.

Responding officers apprehended the suspect who has been identified as 45-year-old Reisheda Hawkins. Hawkins is being charged with Robbery (Force and Violence).
