Prince George’s Police arrest two suspects in fatal District Heights stabbing of Terence Savoy

The Prince George’s County Police Department has arrested two suspects in connection to the fatal stabbing in District Heights. Around 6:20 p.m. on June 18, 2024, PGPD officers responded to the 6100 block of Old Silver Hill Road for a report of a cutting.

At the scene, officers found a victim suffering from trauma to the body. The victim, 45-year-old Terence Savoy, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

It is believed the suspects attacked the victim during an argument. The men were known to each other. On June 20, 2024, PGPD announced the arrests of 54-year-old Franklin Mackall Jr. and 52-year-old Carlson Mackall of Suitland.
