The Chambersburg Police Department has announced an arrest in connection to an alleged indecent assault. CPD reports that 57-year-old Glenn R. Guise has been charged with Indecent Assault following an incident on May 4, 2024.
CPD says the victim reported that Guise approached her inside a business on Norland Avenue and embraced her with a hug. Then, he allegedly walked with the woman down the aisle and slid his hand down her back before squeezing her buttocks.
CPD says the incident was observed by a witness and captured on surveillance video.
