A 27-year-old Ephrata man has been arrested following a domestic disturbance at a business in the city.
The Ephrata Police Department reports that 27-year-old Nafis Talipov was arrested around 10:32 a.m. on May 6, 2024 at a business in the 600 block of East Main Street. Talipov is charged with Strangulation, Terroristic Threats, and Simple Assault.
After failing to post bail, Talipov was incarcerated in the Lancaster County Prison. No other details are available at this time.
