Louisville Metro Police arrest two men in connection to homicide at Cafe360

Two men have been arrested in connection to a homicide that occurred at Cafe360 in Louisville, Kentucky. The Louisville Metro Police Department reports that its Criminal Interdiction Division Violent Crime Unit and its Homicide Unit arrested 25-year-old Marquis Ward and 22-year-old Dante Smith.

Ward is charged with Murder and Robbery. Smith is charged with Robbery and Assault. Both men are charged in connection to the murder of Theodore Brown Jr. which occurred on March 3, 2024 at Cafe360 at 1582 Bardstown Road.

The men are being held by Louisville Metro Corrections. Around 3:30 a.m. on March 3, LMPD responded to a shooting at Cafe360. Multiple 911 callers indicated that an adult male was down inside the facility.
