Three victims are dead and a 19-year-old man has been arrested in a triple traffic homicide in Florida. The youngest victim was only 16 while the oldest was 20. The Port St. Lucie Police Department said that the United States Marshals Task Force and the Okeechobee Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Dylan Ray Boully on April 23, 2024.
Boully is charged with three counts of Vehicular Homicide, three counts of DUI Manslaughter, DUI with Serious Bodily Injury, and Reckless Driving Causing Serious Bodily Injury. PSLPD confirms Boully was taken into custody at his place of employment in Okeechobee.
Around 11:35 p.m. on March 15, 2024, PSLPD responded to a single vehicle crash in the 1500 block of Southeast Veterans Memorial Parkway. It was determined that a 2017 red Dodge Ram 1500 with five occupants was traveling south when the vehicle exited the roadway and hit a tree.
16-year-old Draiden Lee Frank, 20-year-old Leah Marie Herman, and 18-year-old Jimmie Dale Brown were ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene. 17-year-old Lia Marie Tucker was seriously injured. The driver, 19-year-old Dylan Ray Boully, was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries. Authorities say Boully had a blood alcohol level of .161 and he was allegedly speeding around twice the speed limit of 40 miles per hour.
Boully is being housed at the Okeechobee County Jail on a $320,000 bond.
