The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is searching for a homicide suspect. GBI says 19-year-old Shea Foster is wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of Raheem Poole in Homerville on April 14, 2024. Foster may be in Homerville, Georgia or Jacksonville, Florida.
The GBI arrested 33-year-old Phillip White who is charged with Aggravated Assault in connection to the death of Raheem Poole. GBI agents have also obtained arrest warrants for Shea Foster for Felony Murder and Aggravated Assault.
The Homerville Police Department requested the GBI to investigate the fatal shooting. HPD received a 911 call about a shooting near Happyville Lane and Old Fargo Road around 11:50 a.m. on Sunday. At the scene, officers found Poole deceased from suspected gunshot wounds. GBI explains that White was charged with assaulting Foster before the shooting.
