Update – Caldwell Police confirm a man is in custody. CPD says 30-year-old Matthew Landers was arrested after a vehicle identified as 2014 Chevy Cruz was determined to belong to the suspect. Landers is a convicted sex offender. He was arrested for indecent exposure.
Original – Police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a juvenile earlier today. The Caldwell Police Department reports that the man exposed himself to a juvenile today around 2:10 p.m. in the area of West Ash Street and Sunset Avenue.
CPD says the suspect is described as a white man who is approximately 30 years old. He had either blonde or light brown hair and a short beard. At the time, he was wearing a red shirt. CPD says the suspect was driving a dark-colored sedan that was similar to a Chevy Cruz.
