Greenacres man facing more than 100 felony charges for stealing from homes under construction

The Port St. Lucie Police Department has announced the arrest of a Greenacres man who is facing more than 100 felony charges. According to the Port St. Lucie Police Department, PSLPD detectives arrested 50-year-old Arnoldo Perez-Mirabal in relation to construction site burglaries where circuit breakers and electrical panels were stolen.

Detectives say the investigation indicated that Perez-Mirabal traveled to Port St. Lucie from Greenacres to steal from more than 50 new homes under construction for nearly two months. The suspect was taken into custody on April 5 and remains in the St. Lucie County Jail on a $1.2 million bond.
