Tzoyohua Panz charged with felony murder and malice murder in the deaths of his young daughters

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has announced an arrest of a man in the death of his young daughters. According to the GBI, 36-year-old Tzoyohua Panz is charged with felony murder, malice murder, and arson. On March 30, 2024, the Webster County Sheriff’s Office requested the GBI to investigate the deaths of Panz’s young daughters, aged 1 and 3.

The Webster County Sheriff’s Office, Webster County Fire and EMS, and Georgia State Patrol responded to a vehicle fire at a residence on Millard Kennedy Road in Preston. After the fire was extinguished, authorities found two children deceased inside the vehicle. The investigation led authorities to arrest Panz.

It is alleged that he set the vehicle on fire during a domestic dispute with his wife. Panz was arrested and booked into the Webster County Jail.
