Caddo Parish Sherriff’s Office obtains arrest warrants for two Caddo Parish School Board employees following two separate internal audits. Raquel Fuggins-Mock, former Werner Park Elementary Principal, and Marco French, Queensborough Elementary Principal, were arrested on felony theft charges on March 21, 2024.

Following an internal audit by the Caddo Parrish School Board, 45-year-old Fuggins-Mock was determined to have illegally obtained $3,007 in school funds.

A separate audit conducted by the School Board revealed that 43-year-old French illegally obtained $2,600, $1,012 of which was Title I funding appropriated for tutoring students on Saturday morning. French was also determined to have received illegal reimbursements for purchases from a company that he was associated with and travel expenses.

French and Fuggins-Mock have been arrested on felony theft charges. The School Board continues to investigate former district employees.
