A 33-year-old D.C. man has been charged in connection to the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Jireh Emanuel Martinez. The Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Isaac Pinkey on a first-degree murder charge on March 19, 2024.

Metropolitan Police Department Seventh District officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Valley Place in Southeast, D.C., on November 13, 2023, to investigate a shooting. At the scene, officers located a 24-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Jireh Emanuel Martinez was pronounced deceased at the scene.
