The Memphis Police Department responded to a fatal shooting earlier tonight. According to an MPD social media post, officers responded to the 1800 block of Davis Circle regarding a shooting around 7:34 p.m. on March 10, 2024.

At the scene, responding officers found a male victim with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The investigation is ongoing. At this time, there are no additional details.
