The Aurora Police Department is currently investigating a shooting in the 1100 block of North Hillside Street. According to APD, an adult male was shot inside the residence. The victim was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.

APD said in a social media post that the victim and suspect are believed to be known to each other. No further details are available at this time.
