The Baltimore Police Department is investigating after a gunshot wound victim arrived at the hospital. According to a BPD media release, officers responded to a local hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim just before 5 p.m. on February 18, 2024.

At the hospital, officers found a 22-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim is listed in critical condition. Investigators say the victim was shot in the area of West Lombard at Schroeder Street. The suspect has not been identified at this time.

Homicide detectives were notified due to the severity of the victim’s injuries.
