The Love County Sheriff’s Office said in a social media post that deputies and first responders are at the scene of a shooting at a home on Paschall Road. At this point, LCSO has confirmed that one person is deceased.

There is no active threat to the public. LCSO urges locals to stay clear of the area until the situation can be resolved.
