The Portland Police Bureau is investigating a homicide in the Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood. According to a media release from PPB, North Precinct officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 3700 block of Northeast Milton Street around 6:45 p.m. on February 3, 2024.

At the scene, officers found a man deceased in the street. The suspect or suspects had already left the scene before authorities arrived. The Portland Police Homicide Unit responded to the scene to assume control of the investigation.
