The Prince William County Police Department is investigating after a man and woman were found deceased from gunshot wounds. Around 6:09 p.m. on January 14, 2024, officers responded to a home in the 18300 block of Cabin Road in Triangle to investigate a death. At the scene, officers located a 42-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman inside the home suffering from gunshot wounds.

PWCPD said the parties were known to each other. Both were pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities believe the incident involved these two parties and was isolated to the residence. A firearm was found at the scene.
