The DC Metropolitan Police Department has announced the arrest of a 31-year-old Alexandria, Virginia man for allegedly raping a teenage girl. The Youth and Family Services Division announced the arrest of 31-year-old Cordero Taylor who is charged with First Degree Child Sex Abuse (Rape). Authorities say the suspect is 16 years older than the victim.

According to Metropolitan Police, the victim reported that the suspect engaged in sex acts with her between February 1, 2023 and March 31, 2023 in the 3300 block of 4th Street Southeast.
