The Baltimore Police Department has announced the arrest of 39-year-old Brandon Fullard of Baltimore. Fullard was apprehended around 3:50 p.m. on January 5, 2024. Detectives believe Fullard was involved in the homicide of 31-year-old Brian Richardson in the 3300 block of Garrison Boulevard on November 12, 2023.

Fullard is charged with 1st degree murder and other charges. Around 2:02 p.m. on November 12, 2023, officers responded to the 3300 block of Garrison Boulevard in response to a shooting. At the scene, officers found a 31-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital.
