The Portland Police Bureau has announced it is investigating a homicide in the Hazelwood neighborhood. Around 12:40 p.m. on January 9, 2024, East Precinct officers responded to reports of a stabbing around Northeast Glisan Street and Northeast 126th Avenue. Once they reached the scene, officers found an adult male deceased inside a residence.

PPB said no arrests have been made and no one is in custody at this time. While the investigation continues, NE Glisan Street will be closed between NE 124th Avenue and NE 128th Avenue.
