The Reedley Police Department has confirmed a third victim has been found at the crime scene in the 1100 block of South Church Street. Earlier on the morning of January 6, 2024, Reedley Police responded to the scene in response to a residential burglary. At the scene, officers found an empty gun safe. It is believed that various rifles and pistols had been removed.

While searching the residence, RPD officers found two deceased individuals described as an elderly white male and a Hispanic adult female. The identities and causes of death remain unknown at this time. The Reedley Police Department confirmed that a third victim had been discovered at the crime scene. The third victim is described as a white adult male. No suspect has been identified at this time.

The Reedley Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 43-year-old Matthew Bonds who is currently missing. Bonds is considered a risk due to recent events at his place of residence as well as known health issues. RPD says his whereabouts are unknown and attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful.
