The Houston Police Department announced that charges have been filed against a suspect who was arrested in the fatal shooting of a male victim at 1514 White Oak Drive around 7:05 p.m. on November 4. 24-year-old Antonio Love is charged with murder. An unidentified suspect remains at large.
The unidentified suspect is described as a white male. HPD has released surveillance photos of the suspect as well as the suspect vehicle. The victim was identified as 41-year-old Jason Bush. HPD detectives say officers responded to a shooting call at a gas station at 1514 White Oak Drive.
At the scene, the victim was found unresponsive in the driver’s seat of a black sedan. The victim was pronounced deceased from a gunshot wound. Detectives say the evidence suggests Bush met with two suspects in a pickup truck described as a blue Ford F-150 in the parking lot.
A suspect approached Bush’s vehicle and shots were fired. Detectives say a white male got back into the pickup truck before fleeing the scene. Love was identified as one of the suspects. He was apprehended in Alexandria, Louisiana and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center and is awaiting extradition.
