The Edmonds Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened at 236/Edmonds Way. According to EPD, the initial information from witnesses indicates the suspect was on foot when he fired multiple times at a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was struck by gunfire and is in critical condition.

The suspect was last seen traveling eastbound on 236 on foot. Police say the suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male in his teens or early 20s. The suspect had curly dark hair and was wearing a hoody and all black clothing.

Anyone who sees anything suspicious in the area should call 911.
