On Tuesday, November 14, 2023, just before 11 PM, officers with the Peoria Police Department were dispatched to the 2400 block of N. North Street in Illinois for a Shot Spotter alert of 15 rounds fired. Upon arrival, officers located three adult males with apparent gunshot wounds.

Police say two of the victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries. A third victim’s injuries are life-threatening. All victims were transported to a local hospital. Members of the Department’s Criminal Investigation Division, Crime Scene Unit, and Patrol Unit responded to the scene. The incident is under investigation. There is no suspect information at this time.
