The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting. Homicide Unit detectives have identified the victim as 18-year-old William Rafael Silva of South Nashville. Authorities say two men in a black SUV dropped the victim off at Southern Hills Medical Center around 1 a.m. on January 2, 2024.

Silva was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries a short time later. Anyone who has information about this homicide is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
