The Tallahassee Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred around 2:15 a.m. in the 600 block of Osceola Street. Authorities were dispatched to the aforementioned area where they found an adult male victim in the roadway with gunshot wound injuries.

Police rendered aid immediately, but the victim passed away at the scene. TPD said the investigation is open and active. Updates will be provided by the Tallahassee Police Department when more information becomes available.
