On November 14, 2023, Megan Howard, Assistant Chief with the Houston Police Department, provided an update regarding the altercation around 5 PM this afternoon. The incident happened around the 3700 block of Metro involving three juveniles and one adult male. According to Assistant Chief Howard, the adult male produced a knife and stabbed three juveniles. The three juveniles and the adult male fled the scene.

All three juveniles were transported to area hospitals where they’re being treated for their wounds. The victims are in stable condition. Authorities say they’re working to identify the party who fled the scene. They’re working to obtain a statement from the other individual to get his side of the story.

Assistant Chief Howard confirmed law enforcement did not know what started the altercation at this point in the investigation.
