Pittsburgh Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man in his late 20s or early 30s earlier today. Around 8:20 p.m., Pittsburgh Police responded to a call of shots fired inside a residence in the 2200 block of Arlington Avenue.

Upon arrival, Pittsburgh Police found an adult male victim on the main floor of the house. The victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries. Mobile Crime Unit detectives have processed the scene for evidence.

At this time, there is no suspect information and no one is in custody. Violent Crime Unit detectives have assumed control of the investigation which is ongoing.
