Preacher brutally attacked a female in her home on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation on August 13, 2022. Fort Hall Police Department responded to a report of a female covered in blood walking down the street. Officers located the victim suffering from serious injuries to her hand and knee.

The victim identified her attacker as Cody Ray Preacher, according to court records. Preacher attacked the woman after she refused to clean his home.
