A 16-year-old and 17-year-old have been taken into custody following an investigation into the shooting death of a 16-year-old in Montgomery, Alabama.

Montgomery Police Department has not identified the victim or juvenile suspects.

The shooting took place on September 20, 2023.

Homicide detectives apprehended the two male juveniles. Both juveniles have been remanded to the Montgomery County Detention Facility under a no-bond status.
