The Tulsa Police Department is on the scene of a shooting at the Woodland Hills Mall. Authorities say this is not an active shooter situation. According to authorities, two people were arguing outside of one of the north exterior doors of the mall. The argument turned physical before a suspect pulled out a firearm and shot the victim.

The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Police say the suspect fled the mall through the parking lot. There is no indication that the suspect is still on mall property. Police say it is safe for those hiding in the mall to exit through the Southern doors.
