Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Homicide Unit are investigating a homicide near the 1600 block of Flagler Lane. North Division officers responded to an ADW with injury call at the aforementioned location around 11 a.m. on December 24, 2023.

At the scene, officers located one victim in a vehicle with gunshot wounds. Medic pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scene to assume control of the investigation.
